We will meet you early in the morning at the bicycle rental place to start cycling to the Longjing Tea Plantation. Have a cup of Longjing Tea (Dragon Well Tea) in the tea village, the very birthplace of the most well－known tea in China. Take a walk in the tea field, meet the tea farmers and see the methods of traditional Chinese tea-picking and cultivation.
It is widely known that to achieve the best taste from Dragon Well tea, the spring water from Tiger Spring has to be used. So next stop after tea plantation must be the Tiger Spring. Ranking the third best Spring in China, it is also one of the New Top Ten West Lake Views.
After a nice lunch, we will cycle back to the lake area. We will cycle around the West Lake. The view changes at every step and a picture taken from any angle resembles a beautiful landscape painting. Words alone just cannot describe the beauty of the lake.
